Hi, I am Jennifer Hymes, President and Founder of H&N Consulting.
I founded H&N Consulting in 2006 and since then I have been connecting medical practices and investors to help them achieve optimal results and meet their business needs.
Our projects range from short- to long-term and include preparing mergers and acquisitions for medical practices with independent brokers, venture capital, and equity organizations.
I also provide medical practices and hospitals with the support and direction they need to improve operational integrity and build greater financial strength. My consulting services include practice leadership education/training, recruitment, compensation modeling, financial reviews, marketing strategy, and the formation of management service organizations (MSOs).
H&N Consulting is shepherding the consolidation of five medical-specialty practices in Southern California into a single corporate entity. The result will help the owners realize greater value than if they continued to operate separately.
